A confirmation email will be sent once the registration form and payment are received.
2) Register by Mail: Mail us your completed paper forms and check
- Print and Fill out the Registration Form.
- PLEASE remember to get your Parent’s or Guardian’s signature.
- Include your Payment by check ($40 per person) or request a full or partial scholarship.

Registration Confirmation
You will receive a Registration Confirmation in the mail shortly after receipt of the Registration Form. Please do not assume that your are registered unless you receive electronic confirmation that a place has been reserved for you.
The Cost of the Conference is $40 per registrant and includes:
